By using goldentouchchips.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
This site is operated by California Green Star ("we", "us"). Golden Touch is manufactured in Egypt and imported and distributed in the United States by us.
Ordering
- Products are sold by the box only. Each box contains 12 big-size bags. We do not sell single bags direct.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or stock we cannot supply. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Prices can change at any time, but not after you have placed an order.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We accept the cards and digital wallets shown at checkout.
- Obvious pricing errors. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you and offer to cancel with a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery is covered by our . We ship within the United States only.
Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns are covered by our . Because these are food products we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we always put right an order that is wrong, damaged or does not arrive.
Product information and allergens
We try to keep product descriptions accurate, but the packaging is the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens, nutrition and best-before dates. Recipes and packaging can change.
The Peanuts flavour contains peanuts. All products carry V-Label vegan certification. If you have a food allergy, read the pack before eating.
Product photography is illustrative. Colours can vary between screens.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. Do not scrape or copy the site's content, images or design for commercial use without our permission.
Intellectual property
The Golden Touch name, logo, packaging design, product photography and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability under applicable product safety and food safety law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
