This is the fastest way to reach us and the right route for every customer question — orders, delivery, refunds, exchanges, product and ingredient queries, and wholesale.

When we are open

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

We are closed at weekends and on US public holidays. Emails arriving outside these hours are answered on the next working day.

The Peanuts flavour contains peanuts. All products are V-Label certified vegan. The packaging is the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens and nutrition — please read it before eating. If anything on a pack is unclear, email us and we will check it against the manufacturer's specification.
