Where we ship

United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot ship to addresses outside the US including its territories. If you are a retailer or distributor outside the US, contact us about wholesale instead.

Rates are per order, not per box, and are shown before you pay. All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is not included in the listed price.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific, at weekends, or on a holiday begin processing the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when your parcel ships. If the tracking number has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you pay the shipping cost again.

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Standard shipping only. Express is not available to those addresses.

Damaged or missing parcels

Our Refund Policy covers parcels that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. In short: contact us within 30 days of delivery, or within 7 days of a tracking event showing delivered, and we will replace or refund.
